Anne Babu

ADVOCATE

Anne is ​an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and boasts 16 years of dedicated employment and commercial law expertise. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi and a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Employment Relations from the University of Turin, International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization, Italy.

Anne has been identified and ranked globally by Chambers & Partners and Legal500 as a leading employment lawyer in Kenya, which is a testament to her expertise. Beyond her legal endeavours, Anne serves as a board director for Gold Star Kenya and Nabu Global Inc., demonstrating her commitment to broader societal initiatives.

Nicholas Weru

Nick is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 8 years of practical expertise in Employment and Commercial Law. Nick holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi. His unwavering commitment to excellence has earned him a reputation as an industry leader, delivering legal services to corporate entities across diverse sectors. ,

Nick is a shrewd litigator, his experience includes handling wrongful dismissal claims, human rights and constitutional matters. Aside from employment law, Nick handles commercial contracts and commercial disputes, thereby providing comprehensive legal solutions to ensure our clients’ compliance and legal protection. Nick is at the forefront of our training services; he trains on diverse topics on employment law and ethics.  Nick serves as a board director for Hope for Cancer Kids.

Isabel Gakuo

ASSOCIATE

Isabel is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, having been admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 2021. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL. B Hons) from Strathmore University in 2018.

With her understanding of the labour laws, commercial contracts, and criminal law, she is involved in offering our clients legal support through providing advisory services, debt recovery, watching brief in criminal matters, drafting and reviewing employment documentation, legal representation in court and other forums and conducting training. She is well-versed in advising on regulatory compliance matters and implementing proactive measures to mitigate legal risks.

Fiona Tambo

ASSOCIATE

Fiona is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, having been admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 2023.  She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi, where she graduated with Honours.

With her understanding of data protection, the labour laws and commercial contracts, she is involved in offering our clients legal support through advising on data protection matters, providing advisory services, debt recovery, drafting and reviewing employment documentation, legal representation in court and other forums and conducting training. Fiona is also involved in conducting research for Kenya Employment Law and currating legal content.
